Marketing Project Management

From conceptualization, and planning, to overseeing the execution, the engagement time varies in 3, 6, 9, or 12 months depending on the scope and scale of work required, from start to finish.

Our engagement period for project-managed-based jobs depends on your marketing requirements and could be focused on any of the following, (costs of asset design and production not included):

This is a three-month minimum engagement period with a dedicated Marketing Professional who will hold one-hour coordination meetings weekly, in consultation with an experienced CMO.

Managed Campaign Services

Managed integrated marketing campaigns based on your set objectives in collaboration with your internal teams. This package is more directed and targeted.

> Maximum of two (2) marketing channels for a particular product or services, focused vertical and defined market segment.
> Campaign Management includes tracking, monitoring, and reporting of performance
> Weekly 30-minute touchpoints for status updates and reviews
> Iteration recommendations provided to maximize campaign results.
 
Excluded in this service are costs covering asset development, design, and production, ad placement costs, and professional fees of vetted third-party partner vendors.
